EG Coles Gold Service Award

We are celebrating receiving the ultimate accolade from Kubota UK in the form of their Gold Award for Service Excellence for 2022-23.

The award is made following a rigorous inspection of all aspects of a dealership from sales to service and parts, and EG Coles is very proud to announce that it has achieved the gold standard.

The awards, which are assessed and presented every two years by Kubota UK, are based on dealer equipment, facilities, commitment to training and, most importantly, customer service. The Kubota customer satisfaction survey is submitted to customers after every product sold and is used to rate the service department of every Kubota dealer. 

Depot manager, Steve Read, received the award from Rob Wilkins, Aftersales Dealer Manager, Kubota UK, earlier in November, and said, 

“It is wonderful to have the hard work of the team recognised in such a way.

At EG Coles we pride ourselves on our customer service, and to have Kubota’s endorsement of this is great for our hardworking team who always go the extra mile for our valued customers.”
